Our facilities are available to rent for your event or private use. Our standard options are for just the indoor arena. If you are interested in hosting an event that requires further use of our facilities, reach out directly and get a quote today!
Arena, hourly
Enjoy exclusive use of the arena for the duration of your rental. Ground worked prior to rental upon request for an additional $15, (included for rentals 3hrs or more)

Full Day
Enjoy exclusive use of the arena for an entire day. Ground worked prior to your event upon request. Ground can be worked additional times during your event if necessary for an additional charge of $15 each time. Set up the evening before (when previous days events are through)

If you are have your own trainer or instructor, OR you are a professional wanting a place to work with your clients, you MUST rent the arena for exclusive use for the duration of your lessons. No outside trainers or instructors are allowed during open riding at cowboy warrior ranch. This includes professionals working with boarded horses and/or their owners.

Outside cattle may be brought in during rented time.
No limit on the amounts of horses or riders apply during rented time, however an Event Membership is required for all participants.
