James has had the cowboy spirit since day one. Growing up in Shelley, at a young age James knew that his dream was to own a ranch someday. James has been bulldogging since the age of 16. His love for the sport is what made him realize his entrepreneurial drive. James has owned four restaurants in Southeast Idaho as well as an production company.
These days, when he is not running a ranch and bulldogging, James sells real estate for the greater Southeast Idaho area. In fact, he was the number one realtor in Idaho for EXP in 2024 and is on his way to being the number one realtor with the entire company of EXP for 2025.

Kelsey has spent time all over the place but her love for Idaho is unmeasured. Growing up in Alaska and Washington taught her the great appreciation for the outdoors. Her drive and desire to grow comes from her 15 years in healthcare, where her nickname was Kelsetron, due to her robotic ways of being efficient, fast, and organized. She enjoys the fast pace and constant growth of being an entrepreneur and cannot wait for the next opportunity to learn and create.

Off the ranch, she channels her creativity into cosmetology, making every day a little brighter—both in the barn and beyond.
